The worst. I've never been to a place where the staff was so rude to me. My friend and I called in advance to make sure that a gel fill would have only taken 1 hour instead the lady working on my friends nail took over an hour and a half feel for deep powder making my friend almost miss her flight. She kept interrupting herself and getting up making the process extremely long. My nails came out good.. well for 24 hours. My friend nails were not even, not shiny thick and the lady either didnt paint the nail or would paint her skin.
My friend complained but the lady raised her voice and argued that that was the way they were supposed to be done and she would not going to give her any discount. Finally the manager stepped in and agreed to give my friend at 50% off the service. My nail broke less than 24 hours later. I called to make sure I could come in and get my nails fixed for free but they said they have to see the nail in order to establish if I can get it for free or not which is crazy because I had my fill done the day before and I had spent $45 on it. Please do not waste your money on this place. If it wasn't for the fact that it was a Sunday and the nail shop at Miramar was closed I would have never gone there. Needless to say I will never go back

Harbor nails salon is very unprofessional and rude. I wouldn’t tell nobody about this nail salon. I really need to work on their customers skills.
